Not Receiving Sky Verification Codes to Make Changes on My Sky Account

I've been trying to do two things on my Sky account online recently.

 

  • Replace an eSIM for a number on my account
  • Request a PAC code for another number on my account

Both processes require a verification code to be sent to my mobile number for security, but for months now these haven't come through. I've requested new ones, waited hours, tried again, tried the following week and I've just tried again. These simply don't come through to my phone.
