Hi all,
My daughter (also on SkyMobile) is trying to receive an OTP from UAEpass as she is trying to set up an account so that she can apply for approval of her medication prior to travelling out to the UAE in february. To set up the account she has to receive the OTP via SMS to verify her mobile number, however after many tries and resetting her phone/clearing her inbox/making sure wifi connection/signal is strong, she is not receiving the OTP that she needs.
Please can somebody assist? This is hugely important as she needs to take her medication with her on her trip but may be unable to carry it if she cannot get the UAEpass required to apply for MoH approval prior to entry into the UAE.

Can you tell me if you managed to resolve this as I have the exact same issue. Did you receive the OTP in the end. I called Sky and they couldn't give me a reason why it wasn't coming through other than it was UAE issue.

OP's daughter here - I have been trying and trying to get the OTP over the last few weeks and it had not been working. I contacted UAE pass support team and my mum contacted sky - sky said they would investigate the matter and be in touch within 7 working days.
I tried again last night and its now working- I received the OTP via text! Worth giving it a go again to see if yours works now, if not contact the UAE pass support team and call sky on 150. 🙂
