No wifi calling on sky mobile and cant use Internet on my data

Hi All

Long time customer of sky here but that seems to be coming to and end sadly. Changed over to sky mobile on Monday any seemed no problem. Told the guy that I needed wifi calling as I have bad service where i live. I have a S21 which I told him was new and I did not need a phone from sky at present.

Guest what ! No wifi calling icon shown up and can't use the data either when out and about .can this be sorted. I will use my cooling off period to cancel ALL my sky subscription as my previous supplier has offered me a great deal on TV.broadband.mobile. was happy with sky but no help from them. The chat does not answer any of the problems. But will to try one last time .

If the S21 wasn't from Sky then they do say that Wifi calling might not work on it:

One to watch out for: If you didn't get your phone from us, it might not be compatible with Sky Mobile Wi-Fi calling. To check, set up Wi-Fi calling and try making a call over Wi-Fi. If the ‘Wi-Fi call’ indicator doesn’t show, then your phone isn’t compatible.

I had not checked that out on the forum I admit but when I discussed this with the sales person should they have not said hold on its not a sky phone and won't work ?

And can't get Data to work when out and about !
