I have been having an issue for a year or so now. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max on sky mobile.
When I receive a phone call I can't hear the person on the other end and they can't hear me. If they call me back or I call them back we can hear each other!
It's so strange. I can't seem to find any reason that would cause it.
The first call there is no sound at all, second call is fine!
Interestingly it doesn't happen for all numbers, only some.
I wondered if it was a hardware issue but I've just received the new iPhone 16 pro and I'm having the same problem already! So it can't be hardware.
Anyone have any ideas?
