I have transferred my data from
my old iPhone to my new iPhone .
but my old number is not recognised and I don't have sky network. I don't have my old phone as sent back to sky as a swap . What have I done wrong .Moved the old sim over to new phone and din all the clean sim swith of on etc but to no avail . Help

Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
