Good afternoon

 

there is ongoing maintenance in the Goole area this has been prolonged and the completion keeps getting pushed back this has resulted in difficulty making calls receiving texts and contacting via internet for upto 3 weeks now

Sky don't own or maintain any masts so once's it been repaired or upgraded you could contact Sky and see if they'll add a credit to your account for the time with limited service.
