No signal

For the past month my phones been playing up no one can get threw to me and the past week I've got 0 signal at all my bills up to date I'm paying a fortune and getting nothing but issues

Does any mast issues show here for you:

If not then you will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links at the bottom to their sites as they might want to send you a replacement sim to try incase your one has developed a fault.
