No signal

Have had no signal on my phone for days. Said there was maintenance but should have been sorted Friday just past any ideas?

Mast ownership and maintenance is down to a third party company so all you can do is call Sky and see if they've been provided with an update.

Are you on esim? If yes suggest you get a replacment esim. This resolved the network issue for me but my data is not working..

Can't call Sky as can't make calls with no signal, just so frustrating

I actually got an eSIM and although it was rubbish for a day I finally got it set op and all ok now

Have you checked if there is maintenance?  Do you have an actual sim or eSIM?

Today my mobile will not call my other halfs sky mobile tried other sky mobile answer you are calling a wrong number
