I've had no signal at home since Monday! Service checker said would be fixed by Wednesday. Still hasn't been done! I use my mobile for work and nobody can get through to me unless they use what's app! What is actually going on. No communication from sky via email nothing

Sky don't own or maintain any masts so if that's the issue you, and others in the area, are waiting on a third party repair. Remember also that Sky Mobile is sold as a domestic service.
