No signal outside of home for past several weeks

Hi I am new to sky mobile and since a week after having this phone am unable to get service for anything outside of Wi-Fi range. I am aware there is a mast down in our area but this has been the situation since early September and it is still not fixed. Therefore where do we stand on refunds on bills for being unable to access anything online banking, making calls, WhatsApp accessing emails etc etc?

I understand that these problems can occur for a day or two which is troublesome but acceptable but not 4 weeks!?

I have missed 3 important calls that I have been unable to return the call for several hours at one point

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Once the mast has been fixed you are free to ask Sky regarding compensation as they might had some credit to your account to cover the downtime but they will not be able to do this until the mast has been repaired. Sky themselves do not own or maintain them so it will be down to however does to carry out the repairs.

It might be worth ordering a new SIM card.  This solved the same problem for me.  Good luck.
