No signal or service for 3 days

Had no signal for the last 3 days. Another person in house also on sky has same problem (bills paid all up to date). Cannot make calls or text just wifi connection. Checked service status but says everything is fine. Restarted, reset, etc but still nothing. Can't call sky as no signal...

Other thing to try is whether any local mast issues show here?
