No signal on phone calls even though strong signal showing

All phone calls are bad. Sky to sky can't hear each other. Sky to landline the landline can't hear the sky mobile. Sky to other network, the other network can't hear the sky mobile.

phone shows strong signal so why are the calls so bad?

missed calling my uncle before a big operation as he couldn't hear me. We don't have a landline so no other option

friends with o2 have fine signal, and we heard you piggy bank off that so why are our calls so bad??

Hi @SarahG85  you aren't talking to sky here, this is mainly a customer to customer forum. Have you tried troubleshooting?

It could be a faulty sim so it might be worth ordering a replacing and activating when it arrives to see if this improves things:

same thing happened to me to,I have been using my phone without issues for a year now it wont register the network regardless of there being full network coverage. Did you manage a  fix,Ive ordered a new sim so fingers crossed that fixes it or Im stuffed to go away on holiday

Not fixed, tried chatting online to someone but all they keep saying is have you tried this or this and I've tried everything! Can't call them as signal is so bad. Don't think we should be paying if we can't make phone calls

update , I had a replacement sim card and it arrived next day and my phones working fine now. It s still strange that I didnt have any problems for over 12 months and never messed about with the sim. Try a new sim you can order online . Hope it fixes your phone 🙂
