Just before I went on holiday a problem arose when an antenna site license was not renewed so the signal disappered. There seems to be a temporary solution but its coverage is greatly reduced. How can i get updates. Sky did send me messages apologising but nothing since 3 Nov.

If the mast has been moved then that could be affecting the signal in your home @Antares-Mark. Not much you can do if that's the case. You could try other networks to see if they are any better. You can leave sky penalty free if you have had the sim more than 12 months.

Sky replied to my message telling me al the masts in my area are okay. Well somethings not right because I have to use WiFi calling in my home. This changed when the O2 mast had to be moved end of October
