No signal in Lanzarote

Arrived in Lanzarote on Sunday, have no signal whatsoever. Tried every 'fix' suggested. It's vital I have contact with the UK. Please can anyone tell me how to sort this?!!

It's hard to advise if we don't actually know what's been tried and what phone it is.

 

But it's possible it just won't work - others have reported issues connecting.  (There is no contractual guarantees it will work)

 

However, ensure you have a spend cap set.  Try manually selecting networks.  Ensure roaming is on and SIM application setting is not set to 'home'.

I've got a Samsung S22, never had issues abroad before. No spend cap and won't manually connect to networks

Ensure:

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is NOT set to Home.

 

Although no spendcap should be fine, try setting one sufficiently large.

It's set to abroad.... tried putting in a sufficient spend cap.... nothing works 😢

Hello there

 

Just arrived in Lanzarote. Me n mrs both woth sky mobile. Never had any issues abroad  Both got no network other than WiFi. Did you resolve your problems?
