No signal for new phone

I have a new phone. I have transferred new sim. It said no need to activate as I got it all from sky mobile just upgraded. But I have no signal unable to call sky as no signal .. help!

If you are using a new sim from Sky then it needs to be activated. If you have moved your sim from your other phone to Sky so it doesn't need to be so what sim are you using, a new one or the one yo already have ?

Sky sent me a new sim for my new phone which was an upgrade it said no need to activate I have tried activating it but no joy

You have 30 days to activate the sim that was sent so if it is more than that then it is to late to do this.

 

You can keep using the sim you have already got unless you have cancelled it because if you did manage to activate this new one you have been sent then you would be paying for two of them.
