Had Iphone 12 was good for a couple of years but the the last year has trouble connecting away from my broadband which makes it an ipad no good for streaming away from home

Hi @colin56 have you checked the correct APN settings are stored in your phone ? Have you contacted sky about this ? Have you tried a replacement sim ?

thanks for the reply don't know how to check APN settings but applied for a new sim put it in this morning and I couldn't even make a call so I put the old sim back and now all back ok I did a network reset so time will tell.Any more help would be great thanks
