No signal abroad

Traveling abroad. My phone has been working fine for 3 days but all of a sudden today switched to no signal. My husbands sky mobile has done the same. Tried all the online help but to no avail. Why would this be?

Hi @Simpson410  if your spend cap is high enough to cover your stay then you could try turning off automatic network selection then do a manual search and try networks from the list. We do sometimes see this happening when customers are roaming and as sky can't control roaming networks there isn't a lot they can do. It could be a local issue that the local network needs to sort out.
