I ordered an upgrade to my Iphone XR on 3-9-24 to a I phone 13. as it is now 20th October and no sign of new phone- what can i do? Contacted Sky and had an online chat over a week ago and was told it would be with me within a week. Phone is for my husband so i had cancelled his old phone and he's now without a phone as the 31 days for his to finish is long gone! Any ideas? Message for delivery just says In Progress

There is nothing anyone can do to speed the delivery up as it will be dispatched to you once Sky has the stock from Apple.
