No sign of delivery..

I ordered an iPhone 14 with Sky mobile on 8th September.I have no update whatsoever about my mobile arriving.Went on Sky live chat yesterday.I was told this is because of the iPhone 16 launch????I feel this is really unfair as two weeks has gone by and I have no mobile.What's happening Sky????

In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. Sky won't respond to your post.


The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.

I just wondered if anyone else has had this problem that was all????

Sorry you feel that way @MAGGIT2 Regular contributors on here use very similar responses every day. I use those those responses every day… but you're entitled to your opinion.
