I am in Greece and keep receiving messages from Sky apologising for no service because they are currently updating their systems and asking us to come back later. We have had this message for the last 10 hours and still no service. Can anyone let us know what is wrong . We have no other data source

Can you not connect to Wifi, failing that are you able to pick up a local sim while out there and use ?
