I did attempt to activate new SIM which I think at first worked but after attempting to transfer my number this has lead to possibly further problems as did start to transfer SIM to an e-SIM

Old provider was Sky Mobile. I attempted to do an upgrade but ended up some how getting a new contract with new another SIM that has been cancelled now

It isn't possible to transfer a number from one Sky sim to another so using a different phone, either mobile or landline I think you might need to call Sky so they can look into this for because at the very least you might need a new sim sent out to you.

Haven't got access currently to call otherwise wouldn't be bugging sky online haha
