No service

New phone came started using with new SIM but wanted to keep old number. Got in contact with Sky who advised me to put SIM from old phone which was also with Sky Mobile. In doing so this has left me with no service on either SIM so no data/calls/texts I need help and cannot speak to Sky due to not having any service on phones

I take it you didn't activate the sim that came with the new phone ?

 

If not does any network issues show here for you:

If not you could try ordering a replacement sim incase the one you have is faulty:

I did attempt to activate new SIM which I think at first worked but after attempting to transfer my number this has lead to possibly further problems as did start to transfer SIM to an e-SIM

Old provider was Sky Mobile. I attempted to do an upgrade but ended up some how getting a new contract with new another SIM that has been cancelled now

It isn't possible to transfer a number from one Sky sim to another so using a different phone, either mobile or landline I think you might need to call Sky so they can look into this for because at the very least you might need a new sim sent out to you.

Haven't got access currently to call otherwise wouldn't be bugging sky online haha
