Hi
I have currently got a iPhone XR on a sky sim only deal . I have just bought a iPhone 13 off sky them self and gone to put my sim from my xr to the 13, and it is just coming up no service ??? Does in need activeing or anything ?

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Where do they send the settings to and what do I do with them?
