No service/ signal

just had a new phone and put the sim in and still not working I've activated the sim and still nothing I've even reset the network and everything nothing working

It says activated on the sky app but still says no service I've tried everything

When did you activate the sim so was it today and does it now show as activated or still activating on your account where you did this ?
