No service/emergency call only

Hi, I've had no service on my phone for about 24hrs now. I can't make or receive calls/ texts and can't use date. I've tried everything, updates, restart, cleaning the sim but still nothing. Has anyone had the same issue? Regards, P

I have the same issue since yesterday. Tried everything suggested, but it still no service /emergency only... It happened suddenly after I used Tesco international calling app. It probably irrelevant..

I have the same problem. They said it was a mast and that it would be fixed by yesterday morning. I received a text to say it was all fixed. But it's not. I am still not able to receive calls or texts. I am now waiting for them to open at 8.45am to call them again.
