So I got a new contract with sky , moved my number over from old supplier , checked sky app and my old number is now on my sky account but still says no service. So now I can't use this or my old phone

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou are now using the Sky sim in your phone then if so has Sky told you that the number has transferred from your previous supplier as they would have emailed or sent you a text (if it was working that is).
