No service after returning to the UK

I have returned from holiday to no phone service at all and my phone saying network not allowed. It connects to WiFi only but only has a satellite symbol and no service at all. It worked fine in Spain but as soon as I returned it did not work.

 

SIM card is fine in another phone

Hi @Owenl  if it's an iPhone go to settings, mobile service, sim applications and change the setting there. If it's an android there should be something similar in sim toolkit. 

edit. 

Android:

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.
