Hi,
So my Son has had his phone for nearly a year, worked fine, for the past month he has had no service on his phone at all, i have requested a new sim card twice (activated them both) we put another new one in this morning, activated and again no service.
I have followed all the guide steps i can find, resetting the network settings, settings the APN manually, turning it off and on again, software updates, setting the device roaming to home/automatic, changing between 3g/4g and i've even factory reset the phone. still nothing.
Any suggestions? The contact was on a Iphone SE but he lost it and is now using a iphone 11 but it has worked for months on the iphone 11 and just stopped randomily,
Very frustrating as he walks to and from school and while hes out of the house he is uncontactable so need this sorted ASAP.

~Hi,
I have just put my Partners sim in the phone (vodafone) Worked fine, service come up straight away and was able to to text my phone from it and recieved the message.

Having the exact same issue, iPhone 13 iOS 17.2.1. It is like there's no SIM card inserted.
I have exhausted all options with Apple Support:
My partner has the same phone, different OS, and same provider with no issue. Interestingly, I was abroad for work last week (Amsterdam, Porto) and had no issues roaming with other providers.

To add to the above, I have also requested a new SIM card and the problem persists.
