No response to request

Trying to order 3xsim cards, however basket will only allow 2. Query was do I need to make 2 purchases of 1 plus 2?  

24 hours later, nil response. I am planning to switch providers.  So far, not impressed.

If it is only allowing you to order the two then do this and then go back to order the third or give Sky a call to see if they can order all three for you.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Response to what?  If it was an email then they don't generally use email for enquiries.
