No products founds

I am trying to get an update for my order: 

 

It once said:

We'll update you as soon as possible (or something along those lines)

 

It now says:

Oops, we didn't find any products

My account has been linked and i am unsure if my new phone is going to be delivered.

 

Please help - Ben

For an updte you will need to call Sky.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
