No phone signal

Hey, I have just come back from being aboard my phone didn't work all holiday with no signal just emergency calls only? Now I have landed back in the UK and still no signal 😑 HELP!

If you've very recently returned from abroad try this

Apple:

Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.

Android:

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.
