No phone service after deleting eSIM

Please can anyone help? I've tried all the obvious stuff (switching off and on, removing sim and replacing etc) 

I was using an eSIM that I purchased in Europe earlier in the month in conjunction with my physical sim. Decided I didn't need the eSIM any more so I deleted it. Now I have no service, so I can't even call the sky helpline.

Hi @AnnieCT  have you set the physical sim as the primary one ? If it's an iPhone also look in settings , mobile service , sim applications and change the setting there. If it's an android then there should be something along the lines of sky toolkit with similar in there.
