No number… cannot make any phone calls or get any in

Hi everyone, 

I am having to result to this as Sky have basically shut off my number overnight. 

I phoned a while back because I was getting texts referring to me as another person, and phone calls - they said they would sort it and clearly haven't! Now I have absolutely no number at all so cannot call the helpline and their webpage is about as useful and a chocolate teapot. 

Any one know if they have an email or something?
