Just arrived in the USA and need my. phone for work.
Unfortuntely, my phone is unable to connect to any mobile network? Been though a few other threads about upgrading operating system (already is up-to-date) and also setting daily cap (was already done).
Please can someone help me out? Stupidly, to send the APN settings again, you need to be able to recieve calls/texts which obviously I cannot because I am not connected to any network.
This is really urgent and such a let down. In my 15+ years of having a mobile phone its the first time I have been to the US or any destination and the phone does not connect to a network.
I'd really appreciate some help. Cant call, there is no live chat and this community forum is extremely quiet.
