No mobile showing on my account

For about 3 months our mobile contracts have disappeared from my Sky account, I have tv, BB both on there but sky mobile has gone, I have tried relinking accounts. It just tells me its already linked. Everything i try just sends us around in circles, tried calling Sky and they kept me know hold for 30mins and then hung up 😕 Anyone got any ideas 🤷‍♂️

You will need to call Sky about this as they will need to check what login details/email address you should be using to login to your account.

 

150 is the number to call them on

and when you do say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.

Hi yes I have tried, but after sitting on hold for over an hour 3 times it is getting frustrating, I mean if I didn't pay my bill I bet I would get a call straight away.
