Ive had no mobile network signal now for 3 weeks. I cant make calls or reveive/send texts. I csnt sign in to my work email remotely as i cant request a text code for microsoft. Apparently its my mast yet it started when i was in lanzarote! My sons phone is working normally.

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.
