No mobile Internet for last month or so

I haven't been able to get a mobile Internet signal for over a month now. I cannot message anyone unless connected to WiFi, doesn't matter where I am it just says no Internet connection

Have you tried getting the network settings sent to your phone when you are on a Wifi network:


Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Yes I had this with new iPhone 16 pro max kept calling Sky to be told local area issue even thought happened 20+ miles away. Went to Sky store staff called up and same thing said. Advice given go back to old provider as never ever had this issue! Shame but Sky just couldn't sort it.
