@Jangasridhar54 You may have hit your spend cap, India is classed as a "rest of the world" destination and due to that the £2 a day roaming charge does not apply, the charges are very expensive at £2.16 per megabyte(£2160 per GB) of data.

Nope: Airtel inherited Tata Sky, but that hasn't been associated with Sky Group since 2018.

Re: No internet in India.roaming-on
Sky Group (a division of the Comcast Corporation) doesn't have partners in India and isn't a platform there. Airtel acquired a television product once known as Tata Sky (now Tata Play) which may still have some legacy Sky branding.

Re: No internet in India.roaming-on
A spending cap can be removed (but not reset) by following the link from this page:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/data-roaming-spend-cap
Be aware that at rest of the world data rates, if you choose to switch off the spending cap you could easily run up a bill of thousands of pounds very rapidly: as noted above, it's over £2,000 per gigabyte.
Using a local SIM or switching off data and attaching to WiFi is the only sensible way to go.
