Since I left home this morning and was disconnected from Wi-Fi my phone has not connected to 4/5g and I have had no internet connection all day?

Yes, my phone is connected to the network. I can send and receive calls and text messages, but any app requireing an internet connections says "No internet connection" i.e. WhatApp/Facebook.Chrome etc

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHave you tried getting your phone to search for all networks then try to connect to one that isn't Sky. It will then show an error so search again for all networks to see if it starts working when connecting to Sky again.

I've tried this, it still doesn't connect. Any other suggestions please?

if it was working previously then it may be an issue with the local mast.
