No internet connection if on 4g

My iPhone 14 will only connect to internet when on WiFi. No service on 4g at all

I've done everything, restarted, reset data settings via sky mobile. Husband on same data package, his working fine. 
no service issues in the area

The next and probably only thing left to try is to order yourself a replacement sim to see if it fixes it once it shows up and that you have activated it for you:

I’m having the same issue and have had it for a long while now. I’m out of contract so going to change to another provider
