No internet connection away from home

When I'm out of house i do not have internet connection. This has gone on for 4 days - after I downgraded phone to 3GB

When you are at home are you connected to a Wifi connection, if so when you leabe your home is mobile data turned on ?

Yes, tonight is worse - I cannot make any calls and cannot get into my emails.  Needs a recovery code but message is not working either

I am thinking the only thing I can do is to upgrade a phone or move provider.

I have had no luck with sorting this out with Sky.  I will owe money but I am desperate

to get somewhere with this.  I cant make or receive calls even at home - looks like my number is blocked.

I am really worried and yet no-one can help.

I now have this issue despite it being fine yesterday! Any one have any idea?
