No incoming or outgoing calls - just switched over from another provider

I've just moved over from ee- transfered number and closed prev account- 

I'm receiving text messages but no incoming or outgoing calls and no signal at all away from WiFi- any suggestions

I'm having the same problem and just moved over from vodaphone
