Mine was first outgoing calls I couldn't use after switching from id mobile, then it worked few days later. But now no incoming or outgoing, says all the numbers I'm calling are wrong.
Sky just put it down to a mast issue they having in the area but my sister and my mum's is working, we are in the same area.
I have epilepsy and need a working sim. The guy on the phone was told this. Shocking service.
Any news on your end?

I turned off voice mail . It cut straight to that until I turned off .
