No date or signal when out the house

My mobile data/wifi is perfect when at home. I only recently upgraded to my iPhone 17, but when I'm out the house I never have signal even though I have mobile data it never works!

Hi @Caitlyn8  have you checked that mobile data is turned on in your phone settings and the correct APN settings are stored in your phone ?
