No data/signal on data swap

So I recently like yesterday. Decided I didn't need all the data I was having so decided to switch to a lower one, since then I have had no signal or able to use my mobile data?

The lower data plan will not start until your data resets which is your billing date so does anything show here for you:

If not have you tried a reboot of your phone ?
