Still no mobile data even though message says data refreshes in 30 days
id have thought this would be an automated process that happens at midnight on day you pay the bill......which unlike the data is never late
oh and that bot that helps you, doesn't understand data or mobile data

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYour mobile data should refresh n your billing date for your sim. However it can sometimes be a day or two late so if it has been longer than this then call Sky on 150 so they can look into this for you.
