No credit card to verify age.

I need to turn off parental controls on my phone and devices but it's asking for a credit card which I don't have as I've never had any use for one. Anyone know how to sort this out without having to call up?

You will need a credit card to do this as per this:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/parental-controls-sky-mobile

So you can either use one from a family member or friend or if you have a phone contract with Sky then you can call them and they will do this for you as only someone aged 18 or over can sign a credit agreement so they will already know that you are older than 18 for the adult settings to be changed. 150 is the free number to use to call Sky on
