No connection due to mast in area not working

No connection due to mast in area not working. For two weeks now I cant take calls or make calls etc. When is this going to be fixed as I am missing important calls. Every time I try to make a call it says not registered on network. I have reset the settings, taken out the sim and still the problem persists.

Hi @Redtiger1  if a mast isn't working in your area then the only way to make and receive calls is to travel to another area. Sky don't own the masts so are reliant on others to fix them. Unfortunately no one here will be able to tell you when a mast will be fixed. Once it's fixed then call sky on 150 and they should credit your account covering the amount of days lost. As sky mobile is a domestic service sky will not competnsate any loss of business.

Haven't had any Data since late June and apparently because of the mast not working properly.

 I am absolutely fed up with Sky. I joined in the beginning of June and about 2 weeks later till today I have not been able to use my mobile data at all. My data runs down as if I'm using it but I have no connection unless I connect to public WiFi such as a shopping centre. I have gone back and forth with texts and emails and all I get is a mast isn't working. This has been for 3 months now and all I've been offered is £20 credit. This is disgraceful. I couldn't even use google maps when I was lost in the city centre. I feel like cancelling sky all together.

I'm having the same issues. And I can't connect to the internet when I'm away from home either.

I have been advised to wait until they have fixed the mast but whilst we wait for that, we can't make calls or texts. It's so frustrating

Yep. Still got no data, unable to use my bank app, still can't ring or text certain contacts. I did ring sky yesterday though and they have escalated it for investigation. 
it may be worth giving them a call

i live in the TF3 area of Shropshire.

apparently there is a mast down somewhere (so they say) but my neighbour is also on sky mobile and she isn't having any issues with hers.
