No cellular service for days

I have had no cellular service for days, meaning that I can only use WIFI on my phone and can't call or use mobile data. I called Sky and was advised some work was being done to upgrade services in my area but what I don't understand is that my phone doesn't work even when I'm miles away from my house. Sky told me services will be back to normal tonight 30.09.25 at 8pm but still no service. Anyone experiencing the same issue? Obviously will be calling them tomorrow during working hours.

Sky do not respond on here as this is where customers help each other.

 

Can you try your sim in another unlocked phone to see if it then works ?

We have 3 e sim in our household all of us have data but cant make a calls 😢

Do you have iphones if so Google AI suggests this:

 

On an iPhone with Dual SIM, the primary SIM is the default line you have chosen for calls, messages, and cellular data. You can change this default line by going to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Default Voice Line or Cellular Data and selecting the other SIM card, which could be a physical SIM or an eSIM.

Thanks for your help 👍 we have 2 iphones & samsung calls still not working 

I have a physical sim from Eir & no issues but the Sky e sim data only no calls 

Your right when I make a call it does always  ask which network to use but now the esim shows but my number is gone .. hope I am explaining myself 😆.  No Sky support & no issues reported online
