I cannot make any calls out or receive any either. I have a son and daughter also having the same issues since Monday. They are also both out so how can I contact them? Paying for a mobile phone contract that's not mobile, it's happening a lot too.

No only broadband but I have cancelled my sky broadband which ends Friday.
